Hi.

This doesn't install.

No suitable file '/usr/bin/amdgpu_stress' could be found in any of these 
locations:

...

Error: install_file failed!

I assume amdgpu_stress is a test program and it looks like the rule file 
unconditionally enables the install under amdgpu, regardless if the 
tests were built or not.
