Yes, but the error has nothing to do with ptxdist.
Kernel.org was down and has not fully recovered (yet).
The issue was already discussed on the mailing list.
Find the needed file somewhere else on the internet, place it on the src
directory, and repeat the previous "ptxdist go".
If another error appears, repeat the solution. ;-) ;-) ;-)
