[DistroKit] [PATCH] v7a: enable PTXCONF_BAREBOX_NEEDS_HOST_LZOP

The barebox.config used to compile second stage AM335x barebox uses LZO
to compress barebox proper, but doesn't actually have an explicit
dependency on LZO risking intermittent build breakage, if barebox ends
up being compiled before host-lzop.

Enable the option to fix this.
