[DistroKit] [PATCH] v7a: kernel: enable CONFIG_OF_PARTITION

CONFIG_OF_PARTITION controls a new binding since v6.13-rc1 that ignores
GPT and MBR partition tables if a fixed-partitions node is specified in
an SD/eMMC.

This collided with barebox, which allows peaceful co-existence of
fixed-partitions with on-disk partitions as long they don't overlap
or are fully identical.

barebox v2025.03.0 now fixes up barebox SD/eMMC partitions with a
barebox,fixed-partitions compatible to avoid conflicts.
Give this some extra testing by enabling CONFIG_OF_PARTITION here in
platform-v7a, but keeping it disabled in platform-v8a.
